First Offical Post

Ok, well I guess I'll welcome myself to the blogging world. I've never done this before, but I think now is as good of time as ever.

The past couple days I've been quite overwhelmed! Wedding things, apartment things, work, and family things. I'm going to go to the hospital and see Grandpa today with mom. He had a small stroke yesterday, so we are going to visit in between all of his tests and such. I don't know why I got so upset; I think I was just caught off guard. Sounds like he will be fine though, so that calms my nerves a little.

I just finished filling out the apartment application for me and Anthony! This is getting kind of exciting. I hope it ends up where we can afford it. I need to keep putting money in the bank so I have something to live off of while he goes to his basic training. I have a feeling the military is in no hurry to make sure I get his paychecks right away! This whole thing is just making me get butterflies. Moving in together, having our own place and our own things...sigh. I hope I'm ready for this. The wedding is getting so close! Two months exactly today!

We are going to try to finish up the invitations today, be it before going to see Gramps, or after. They have to get done and mailed! So many things are just being held over my head it's ridiculous.
